Resolved Question: Heard Rumor about class action law suite for Ugly Duckling - Drivetime?

I bought a used car at a dealership in Fontana Ca. This had to of been in 1999 - 2001 can't quite remember escate timeline. However, due to hardtimes they did repo my car. Later I learned on my cbr that the company was changed to Drivetime. When I was contacted by a "Lawyer's office" that they were taken over and even that they heard that there is a class action law suite out there that you may want to check it out. So I heard of a website that seems to be going in a endless circile about the situation but no actual result.
